Victoria trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, prior to which she studied mathematics at the University of Kent.

Victoria is currently DSM for A Visit to Friends at Snape Maltings for Britten Pears Arts at the Aldeburgh Festival.

Recent work includes DSM for Much Ado About Nothing at Theatre Royal Drury Lane; DSM for The Fear of 13 at the Donmar Warehouse; and DSM for The Hills of California at the Harold Pinter Theatre.
